Streamlabs Desktop uses "Scene Collections" so you can switch from one Theme to another, and keep matching Alerts/Widgets. From the sound of it, it would appear that your current "Scene Collection" is not set up to automatically use the correct Alert Profile.
To check this:
- Close Streamlabs Desktop.
- Go to Streamlabs.com and login.
- Go to Widget Themes (located in the left side bar under "My Account").
- Once loaded, on the right hand side, Find your "Scene Collection".
- Ensure the drop down in the "Scene Collection" matches the "Widget Theme" you would like to use (where your alerts are imported to).
- Click "Save Settings" at the bottom of the page.
- Re-open Streamlabs Desktop.
