I imported my Alerts, but they're not showing!

Streamlabs Desktop uses "Scene Collections" so you can switch from one Theme to another, and keep matching Alerts/Widgets. From the sound of it, it would appear that your current "Scene Collection" is not set up to automatically use the correct Alert Profile.

To check this:

  1. Close Streamlabs Desktop.
  2. Go to Streamlabs.com and login.
  3. Go to Widget Themes (located in the left side bar under "My Account").
  4. Once loaded, on the right hand side, Find your "Scene Collection".
  5. Ensure the drop down in the "Scene Collection" matches the "Widget Theme" you would like to use (where your alerts are imported to).
  6. Click "Save Settings" at the bottom of the page.
  7. Re-open Streamlabs Desktop.
