It's possible to do this with the color correction filter inside of OBS Studio. This filter allows you to shift the hue, brightness, and contrast of any source inside of your streaming application. Follow these steps after you've added a source:
- Select your source.
- Right-click.
- Click on "Filters".
- Click on the "+" (Bottom left corner).
- Select "Color Correction".
- Type in a name for the filter and click "OK".
- Adjust the Hue, Saturation, Brightness and other selections to get the specific look you want.
Items that are not able to change the color via this method are the panels and stingers. For the panels, you would need to use photo editing software like Photoshop or GIMP (free) to change the hue, saturation, and/or brightness, and then re-export as a PNG. For stingers, you would need the source files and Adobe After Effects.
