I can't use my Alerts and Other Widgets at the same time

Most of our packages come with matching elements like Chat boxes, Goal Widgets, Event Lists and Alerts. We provide these all as separate element so you can customize your stream exactly to your liking. If you want to use all of the elements mentioned above together, you'll need to import them to same Widget Profile. Here's a quick and easy way to do it:

1. First, please create a new "Widget Theme" Profile in Streamlabs (name it whatever you like).
2. Next, import your Alerts to the new Profile created by clicking the import link found in your downloads from NerdOrDie.
3. Lastly, import the Widget you would like to merge with to the same Profile as you did the Alerts. This will merge the two different types of products into one Profile.

From here, customize your alerts and event list as you like.
