After Effects - File "expression" error (non-English language)

We've found that some users who's software is set to something other than English have trouble opening the After Effects files without "expression" errors.

If your software is automatically set to a language other than English, then it's possible the the issue could be solved easily by forcing AE to open in English instead of another language.

This can be done by just creating an empty text file named "ae_force_english.txt" and save it in your Documents folder.

If this doesn't resolve the issue you are having, please kindly gather some screenshots of the issue and contact our support here.
