For Streamlabs follow this guide to importing alerts. For StreamElements please follow this guide to importing alerts.

We recommend using a window size of 1920 x 1080 (or matching your stream resolution) inside of the browser source that you're using.

If you're having any performance issues, please make sure that you have Hardware Acceleration enabled under Options > Advanced > Sources > Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration.
